Costs

Delivery for drums and IBC is free with economy service in two to three days, with standard delivery in one to two days at £40 and next day (before 12 noon) expedited delivery at £80. Delivery for pails is free with economy service in two to three days, with standard delivery in one to two days starting at £9 and next day (before 12 noon) expedited delivery at £13. Warehouse collection is available at no cost.

Dispatch

Orders placed by midday are dispatched the same day. Orders received after midday are dispatched on the next working day. Some items have longer lead times, which are shown on product pages.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. Pallet shipments may show depot updates before final delivery is arranged.

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Deliveries

If you have an issue with your delivery, email shipping@sinopeconline.com with your order number and a photo. Light dents in metal containers can occur in transport and do not affect product quality.

Pails

Delivery may take up to three working days, depending on the method selected at checkout and delivered by UPS. Items in the same order may arrive separately.

Pallet Deliveries

Pallet orders of drums and IBCs usually arrive within two to three working days. Remote or difficult locations may take up to five working days. Pallets may arrive on different days if sent in multiple consignments.

Address Verification

If your address is unclear or incomplete, the order may be delayed. Locations without flat access or unloading equipment may require special arrangements or incur extra fees. Delivery to construction sites or contractor yards is at your own risk.

Unloading and Tail Lift

If your location does not have unloading equipment, a tail lift truck is required.
Please indicate this at checkout. If delivery cannot be made due to lack of unloading equipment, charges may apply for redelivery or return.

Warehouse Collection

Orders are usually ready within two hours. Collection hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm, excluding bank holidays. Bring order confirmation and identification when collecting. You will receive a notification once the order is ready.

Difficult Access Locations

Drivers may apply extra conditions if access is limited. Some regions may have longer delivery times or surcharges.
